Happy owner of a 2012 GT. The tool kit is a bit anemic.Just wondering what you guys are carrying?

Having cut my motorcycling teeth on British Iron I find it difficult to venture out sans tools! I have however managed to refine the tons of spanners n spares down to the following (on my 2012 GT).
Motrax underseat tool kit ( will not fit under the GTs seat but you know what I mean) - £10 from the BMF rally. Swap out the Allen heads for suitable Torx bits.
CO2 puncture repair kit.
Small torch.
A few zip ties & a small roll of gaffer tape.
Small roll of insulating tape.
I have had occaision to use all the above over the years & saved a lot of time/ grief.
Anything more then pone/ recovery, as suggested.
Peace of mind without lugging around aloud of cr*p.

I agree about peace of mind.
I have a tool roll that I'll fill with basic tools at least.
Pliers, torx, 3/8" breaker bar for the rear wheel lugs, zip-ties etc.

Thanks!!

I just  carry some stuff to fix a flat tire, a small compressor, some oil and some zip ties. For the rest I use the BMW assistance card and the credit card.
Also carry a first aid kit with some 'tools' to fixup people in case anything (not too serious) should happen.

Have not carried anything that did not come with the bike, with the exception of recovery & a mobile phone.

I tried the same thing - didn't work. Not enough room. I fitted only three small tools and a rubber band. Even the first-aid pack did not fit.
It doesn't have to make sense. It's ok if it's just fun :-)

https://www.amazon.com/Dynaplug%C2%AE-Tubeless-Tire-Repair-Tool/dp/B00BBE7KAM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449415737&sr=8-1&keywords=dyna+motorcycle+tire+repair+kit  I purchase this kit for tire repairs.  You will also need a couple CO2 cylinders to refill.  he never dries out, stores forever, compact, durable.  No glue required.  Hope I never need it but honestly I had two rear flats before I purchased this kit

If you go for a mini compressor make sure it has enough oomph to seat a flat tire on the rim. Mine doesn't & I need to start things off with a CO2 cylinder & top up with the compressor. Even a garage air line wouldn't seat the bead & again I had to revert to CO2 to get that initial kick to push things in to place.

A big thanks for all the great suggestions!
Not being new to motorcycling (50 years) and not being new to BMW's ( R80, RS1100, RT1100, K1200RS) I have quite a few tools that I have carried in the past in a really nice tool roll which I have been carrying along with tire repair kit and first aid kit.
Based on the info from you guys, this is what I have put together:

So...what do you think?
