    ride to day
    « on: 2016-03-25 19:02:40 »
at last some half decent weather....managed to get the 16 out to day for my first proper ride ,went up to the scottish border,,,had a cuppa then rode back through keilder,a bit nippy at the top of the borders but apart from that it was quite mild all the way with sunshine.. first time i've managed to give it a good ride on some twisty roads ,now i am getting used to the weight more it was handling well ....still happy with it just waiting for more good weather ,

Been riding all year big k is so much fun shame about my eine rebuild and new radiator but fair play to Jefferies Bmw it really is smooth now and so much power roll on dry weather.
Trip planned to Germany Austria slovenia in July
      Spain and Portugal in Sept
      Looking forward to it

Try to get out each week for a ride.

This is overlooking the Severn crossing looking towards Wales.
Off on 3,500 mile tour to Greece in 7 weeks!

            The Millau bridge.
            Technical marvel.
I saw a documentary on Discovery  about how they designed and built it.

you have to ride over it and take your time
the road to it is as good but only heading back
              ride safe
I had to stay in a hotel that night as the rain all came down in one lump
it was like rising damp and still 60 euros
on the bike side this is my 3rd k16 gt I have all ways ran on metz ( m ) this time I used (o) a slight harder compound beater and has not flattened out
