Keyless is fantastic, hillstart is also handy when I remember I have it. Both good features you will get accustomed to.

the keyless isnt a problem and the hill start is very useful if you are stopped on a bank ,you have to keep reminding yourself you have it till you get used to it ...

Keyless is great, no more forgetting you left the keys in the bike when your half mile away. Hill start, how did I manage without it, really handy to activate and rest everything on a hill, especially with passenger and loaded panniers.

Coming from an 08 Gtr 1400 since new. I now have a 13 plate K1600GT - I miss keyless very very much. The other toys do go along way to make up for it tho'.

I could not get over walking away from my GTR without a key in my hand.........felt weird for weeks.

But now I find it a pain to have a key for my 2014 GT Sport !

Keyless is the way to go 👍😃

I love the hill thingie as I have to ride down hill in to the garage and I don't have to turn the bike off and leave it in gear before I retrieve the remote for the garage door.

everything runs off that little battery.  If the battery dies so does your keyless and everything else.  I had it happen to me once and it made for a really ugly weekend.  The battery should last 5-7 years but one never knows after that 5th year when judgement day will come

surely if your keyless battery does go flat why not use your emergency key, which you position in front of the tank filler cap, it has no batteries .

Actually my bike battery dies once.  No way to jump start this puppy unless you have three gorillas and a big dog to push her.

When my K16 is in for service I normally get a loan bike to ride for the day. I'm lost without the Hill Start, first hill I get to and pull on the front brake then release the bike rolls back, WTF, then I remember and it's back to the old ways of holding the bike and doing a hill start.

Last weekend I lost my key fob and resorted to using the plastic key, it was fiddly and a pain in the arse but worked OK. Have now found the key fob so back to normal. Keyless is the way forward....
