Has anyone installed HeliBars Handlebar Risers on their K1600 yet?  If so, can you share your thoughts and experience with them?  Are they worth the expense?

A more cost effective alternative than their Horizon bar system. I didn't realise they were making these.

I have had these on my bike for 3-4 years now.  I have the original version that does not have the thin lip on it.  Helps the lower back pain immediately.  Much more comfortable riding positing.  This new version seems better as my key fob sometimes fall into the gap between the spacer but it is not a big deal .  The new lip will prevent that issue

          Was the Installation difficult?

Very easy to install.  If you have a 1 meter long ratchet extension it helps as two of the bolt I found it less difficult to get from laying under the front fender and going straight up to the handlebar bolts

I still enjoy mine.  Over 45,000 US miles now.  Lower back stress goes away the first day.  Germans must have longer arms or BMW skimped a little by making the bars too short
