Picked up my new k1600gtl on Tuesday. Haven't ridden as much as I would like because of all our local storms but so far truly enjoy the bike.

Wow, I picked my new GTL up last Tuesday. Rode home from Denver in the smoke of the Black Forest fire. Haven't ridden as much as I hoped due to the fires.

I am thinking of buying the pre-cut paint protection and have a couple of questions:

          1. Is the kit listed for the 2012 GTL going to work on the 2013? Were there any changes that would cause problems? This:

I emailed them and they responded with: "Thank you for your interest in our products. At this time we do not show an updated pattern for the 2013 BMW K1600 GTL. Without this update, we cannot verify if the motorcycle is a continuing model or requires a new pattern. If you would like to be notified when this pattern becomes available, please let us know. "

          2. Are there significant differences between 3M, VentureShield and Avery Nano Fusion films? Enough difference to warrant a $10 or $25 (respective) cost increase?

          Thanks. Safe riding.

Belly Pan cut out will be different as your lights (if you have them) are mounted through the pan.  You would need to cut a hole to make each side fit.  All the other sheets are the same.
