Any suggestion of good motorcycle route. Was thinking of driving along the coast down towards Cornwall. Any suggestions welcome.

Hi, if in this area, try the A339 from Basingstoke to Alton, then pick up the A32 though Lower Farringdon (passed BMW Bahnstormer - nice place to stop for a chat and coffee) continue to the A272 (Loomies (Bikers) Cafe is just past junction on right) Turn right, onto A272 towards Winchester until you reach the M3, then it depends on where you want to go from there.
